PMO Governance & Operations Specialist ( PMO Analyst )
The PMO Analyst plays a key role within the Project Management Office (PMO), supporting project governance, financial tracking, resource planning, and process compliance. This role partners closely with Project Managers (PMs) and business stakeholders to ensure accurate CAPEX management, adherence to stage gate processes, and effective execution of PMO standards. The position also supports onboarding, system administration, and continuous PMO operations.
Key Responsibilities
- PMO Governance & Project Support
- Act as an active member of the PMO, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Act as a stage gate coordinator, ensuring projects meet all required criteria before progressing
- Track and follow up with PMs on action items, deliverables, and stage gate compliance
