Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plantation Farm Manager with strong Agronomy expertise to lead the development and management of our oil palm plantation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, establishment, maintenance, and harvesting of oil palm plantations.
- Drive agronomic best practices across nursery, field development, crop maintenance, and yield optimization.
- Develop and implement plantation work plans, budgets, and operational targets.
- Manage field teams, contractors, and plantation resources to achieve productivity goals.
- Monitor soil health, fertilizer application, pest and disease management programs.
