Plant Operations Manager
Location: Kano
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all production floor staff, including the Production Supervisor, Finance Officer, and all functions across Production, Inventory, and Logistics.
- Oversee daily production operations across all injection moulding lines to meet output targets.
- Handle customer order intake and coordinate fulfilment with the production team.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures across production, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to workplace policies.
- Oversee procurement of raw materials, ensuring quality specifications and approved supplier processes are followed.
- Prepare and submit monthly management reports to Harobed & Associates, covering production performance, staffing, and operational issues.
