Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications while providing quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely in accordance with approved prescriptions and professional standards.
- Review prescriptions for appropriateness, potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
- Provide patients with appropriate information and counselling on the use, dosage, and possible side effects of medications.
- Monitor medication therapy and identify potential medication-related problems.
- Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed and pharmaceutical interventions.
