As a People Transformation consultant, you’ll work alongside senior colleagues to help clients communicate clearly, engage their people and navigate change effectively across a range of people-related topics.

The work is varied and impactful. You could support projects that help employees understand their pay and how it is determined, navigate their career and develop the skills needed to achieve their goals, adapt to organisational changes such as AI-driven workforce transformation, or better understand the full value proposition their organisation offers.
