People Operations & Sales Activation Lead
Bema Integrated Services Ltd is seeking a People Operations & Sales Activation Lead to support company-wide recruitment and people operations while taking ownership of the development and ongoing activation of our BemaHub Sales Representative program.
This is primarily a remote contractual role within Nigeria. It combines practical HR and operations coordination with Sales recruitment, training, coaching and performance follow-up. Occasional in-person meetings or operational activities in Lagos may be required with reasonable notice.
Key Responsibilities
- People Operations and Recruitment
- Coordinate approved recruitment processes across different functions, working with designated hiring managers and functional leads.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, assessments and recruitment records.
