The role:
As a People Advisory Partner, you will help drive our goals by:
- Leading the local implementation of people change initiatives, such as organizational design, performance frameworks and engagement programmes.
- Partnering with managers to cascade, embed and sustain change plans while coaching them to build capability in handling people issues.
