About the Role The Patient Care Technician (Inpatient General Medical/Surgical Unit) provides delegated patient care tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to support patient comfort, safety, and well-being. This role is located at the Elmhurst Main Hospital Campus and supports daytime coverage on a 7am-7pm schedule with three 12-hour shifts and weekend/holiday rotation.

- Perform patient care tasks and procedures under the direction of a Registered Nurse according to established procedures.
- Support patient comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
- Follow department policies and maintain professional conduct.

- Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association
