Requirements: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Pastry Chef. Strong knowledge of pastry production, baking, cakes, desserts, and confectionery. Excellent attention to detail and presentation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment. Good hygiene, teamwork, and time-management skills. Ability to maintain consistent quality and standards in pastry production.
