JOB PURPOSE
The Director – Partnerships & Resource Development provides strategic leadership for resource mobilization, donor engagement, grant acquisition, and partnership development for World Vision in the Solomon Islands. The position leads efforts to diversify and grow funding from institutional donors, multilateral agencies, bilateral development partners, UN agencies, foundations, private sector partners, churches, diaspora networks, and domestic fundraising sources.
