Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology. Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests. Deliver top-tier client care with empathy and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video. Follow protocols, maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case. Collaborate cross-functionally, providing feedback to improve processes and systems.
