Main Responsibilities

Co-facilitate Leadership Program workshops with the Leadership Program Associate, sharing responsibility for leading activities and managing the group.

With Leadership Program Associate, adapt existing lesson plans for individual workshops.

Support the Pod Leader (peer mentor) program by training Pod Leaders on facilitation, collaborating on workshop creation, and planning Pod Leader meetings.

Program Support & Administration
-
Support safety and wellbeing of program participants.

Help with session logistics, including setup, cleanup, and material preparation.

Maintain attendance records and follow up with absent students.

Support the planning and delivery of Get Global, the annual leadership showcase, held in May.

Take on additional administrative support of the Leadership Program as hours allow, by agreement.
