The Human Resources Specialist provides in- person customer service to support to Ocean County College employees and the Human Resources department. This position carries out a range of routine and confidential tasks requiring an understanding of college-wide policies, procedures, and practices. This position is detail oriented, solutions driven, and strives to provide an outstanding employee experience.
The exact schedule will be set based on candidate availability and office needs. Once set this position will have a set schedule week- to - week.
