Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Parboiling Supervisor to oversee the company's paddy rice parboiling operations and ensure that all parboiling activities are carried out efficiently, safely and according to established quality standards.
- The successful candidate will supervise the complete parboiling process, including paddy preparation, soaking, steaming, drying and transfer of parboiled paddy for milling.
- The role will be responsible for ensuring proper process control, minimizing grain losses and breakages, maintaining consistent product quality, maximizing production efficiency and supervising parboiling operators and other production staff.
