Job Summary
The Painter / Product Trainer is responsible for building product knowledge, application skills and product preference among painters, contractors, applicators, dealers and counter staff. The role focuses on practical product training, demonstrations, site support and demand-generation activities that drive product adoption, improve application quality and support secondary sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular painter training programs at dealer outlets, project sites and other approved locations.
- Conduct practical product demonstrations covering surface preparation, application methods, tools, coverage and finishing techniques.
