Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Packing & Dispatch Supervisor to oversee packing and dispatch operations, ensuring products are packed accurately, dispatched on time, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and good computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packing and dispatch operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate packing and dispatch teams to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures.
- Monitor inventory movement and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports using computer applications.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in any related field.
