Outside Property Claim Representative

What Is the Opportunity?

As a Claim Rep, Outside Property, you will be responsible for managing, inspecting, evaluating, negotiating, and settling 1st party property claims in a timely and accurate manner which includes performing in-person inspections at customers' residences and properties to accurately assess damages. In this detail-oriented and customer-focused role, you will work closely with insureds and representatives to ensure claims are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and service throughout the claims handling process. This position is based remotely with work at residential and/or commercial locations with a combination of mobile work, work from your primary residence, or the nearest Travelers office.
