POSITION SUMMARY

The Organizational Learning Coordinator will provide leadership and guidance for the Event Learning process (event analysis and continuous improvement effort) and action item management to improve safety and efficiency across the organization. This role requires a strong background in Human Performance, safety, leadership, and collaborative problem-solving. The focus will be on collaborating with departments across Georgia Power to implement controls that reduce the risk of injuries, close calls, and near misses. Responsibilities include facilitating the Event Learning Process, drafting reports, sharing lessons learned, and delivering training. The successful candidate will maintain positive, action-oriented relationships with stakeholders while challenging teams to implement innovative solutions for performance improvement.
