Job Description
Responsible for receiving, recording, coordinating, and following up on guest requests related to Housekeeping services, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately record guest requests for Housekeeping services via telephone, hotel systems, or other communication channels.
- Enter all requests correctly into the hotel system, including room number, guest details, preferences, and special requirements.
- Confirm request details with guests to ensure accuracy and avoid misunderstandings.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping supervisors and Room Attendants to ensure timely completion of guest requests.
- Monitor the status of requests and follow up until completion.
