Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fulfilment Officer to manage the end-to-end fulfilment process, from receiving and processing customer orders to picking, packing, dispatching, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and verify customer orders accurately.
- Pick and pack products according to customer orders and company standards.
- Coordinate with riders, dispatch companies, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track orders and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of fulfilled, pending, cancelled, and returned orders.
