Description
- Operations & Process Control
- Set up, operate and monitor the roll forming or slitting line in accordance with job orders and production specifications, SOPs and approved operating parameters.
- Operate the uncoiler, forming or slitting units, stacking or rewinding units, and related equipment.
- Handle, identify, label, weigh, band, arrange and transfer materials and finished products using approved methods.
- Maintain coil traceability, monitor material usage, execute job orders in the correct sequence, and accurately account for production, downtime and scrap.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections, cleaning, lubrication and approved operator-level adjustments; report abnormalities and support authorised maintenance activities.
- Complete production records and shift handover communication.
