Operations Supervisor (Supply Chain)

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operational workflows and drive efficiency across our business functions. In this role, you will play a central part in managing procurement lifecycles, maintaining inventory levels, coordinating logistics, ensuring FMCG regulatory compliance, and facilitating seamless inter-facility communication between our corporate office and manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations & Process Oversight: Monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure strict adherence to service standards, production schedules, and operational guidelines.

• Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement cycle—raising purchase orders (POs), securing approvals, coordinating with vendors for timely delivery, and reconciling invoices with finance.
