Top Requirements:
- 6+ months of Operations Support experience or equivalent work experience.
- Lockbox processing experience or experience handling financial documents/payments.
- Strong 10-key numerical data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow established procedures.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced operational environment.
Plusses:
- Experience in banking, payment processing, remittance, or lockbox operations.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with document-processing systems.
- Experience operating document scanning, sorting, or processing equipment.
