- Lead day-to-day business and property operations.
- Oversee property, facilities, maintenance and service delivery.
- Manage vendors, contractors and external service providers.
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvement and cost control.
- Supervise and develop operations/support teams.
- Manage client, tenant and property-owner relationships.
- Monitor operational budgets, KPIs and performance reports.
- Handle escalated operational issues and drive timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance, documentation and operational controls.
- Support senior management in achieving strategic business objectives.
