Job title: Operations Manager
MacLean-Fogg is hiring an Operations Manager for its Saegertown, PA manufacturing operation. In this role, you will lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, develop people, strengthen safety and quality, and improve production efficiency, cost performance, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate production planning, staffing, cross-functional priorities, and supplier performance to help achieve operational and business goals.
Location: Saegertown, PA Work Arrangement: On-site Schedule: Standard business hours, variable schedule Pay: $116,000 - $140,000 per year Employment Type: Full-time / Salary Travel: Up to 10%
