OPERATIONS MANAGER
The Operations Manager supports the Worldwide Field Support Program Management Office and reports to the Deputy Program Manager for Operations and Logistics. The manager coordinates daily PMO execution across operations logistics procurement staffing deployment transition quality finance and site leadership. The role maintains an integrated view of commitments risks dependencies and decisions so program leadership can act before issues affect cost schedule compliance or mission readiness.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
- Manage the integrated PMO operating rhythm including daily priorities weekly reviews action tracking and executive status reporting.
- Coordinate work across Program Operations Logistics Procurement Finance Recruiting Human Resources Contracts Subcontracts Security Quality and site leadership.
