Operations Manager
The Warehouse Operations Manager will provide leadership and oversight at our warehouse located in Rancho Dominguez, CA. The Operations Manager will be responsible for seamless execution on existing business, improve upon existing processes and develop the team and drive growth. The OM is responsible for business planning, process implementation and improvement, talent management and oversight of operational functions to ensure that quality, growth, and efficiency goals are met.
Monday-Friday; 6:30a-3:00pm (OT as needed)
Responsibilities
- The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Operational execution for all services required of C.H. Robinson Customers
- Drives the safety, efficiency, and accuracy of all operations
- Conducts analysis of workload as compared to manpower and equipment
