HIRING: OPERATIONS LEAD
Key Focus Areas
- Operational Strategy: Align internal workflows and business units with overarching company growth goals.
- Process Optimization: Design, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and scale operations.
- Financial & Internal Controls: Oversee operational accounting, process audits, transaction integrity, and risk management.
- Team Leadership: Drive cross-departmental execution, performance monitoring (KPIs), and daily back-office/middle-office operations.
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in financial services (Fintech, Investment, Banking, Microfinance, or Insurance).
- Strong background in Accounting, Financial Control, Operational Strategy, and Process Design.
