Role Overview The Operations Intern will support the day-to-day operational activities of the company, including transaction monitoring, customer support coordination, reconciliation, compliance checks, reporting, and process documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, analytical, willing to learn, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Operations:
- Assist in monitoring and processing customer transactions across company products and services.
- Track transaction inflows and outflows and flag delays or discrepancies.
