Job Title: Operations Instructor
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Conducts training programs for licensed operators and shift technical advisors in reactor operations covering replacement, requalification, upgrade, etc., consistent with NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) requirements. Develops and maintains operations training programs.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administers training programs to ensure the availability of qualified and licensed personnel.
- Interfaces with line personnel to analyze performance needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training materials and programs using the systematic approach to training.
- Administers and coordinates training programs for sites and corporate groups as assigned.
