Operations Administrator

What will I be doing as an Operations Administrator at Altens East? SUEZ have a number of Processing facilities dedicated to recycling within Aberdeen and the Operations Administrator will play a key role in supporting Managers and Supervisor within the business by using your organisation skills to tackle the varied tasks. Alongside more traditional administrative tasks, you will be able to develop your existing skills with other duties such as: Implement standardize systems of work to ensure efficient administration activities. Using database data to create coherent reports for operational purposes. Raising Purchase Orders for everything from stationary to fixed plant spare parts. Support of resolving invoice and telephone queries. Generating reports which provide performance of the recycling processes, and assisting Supervisors by ensuring accurate data is issued at all times.
