Your skills
- Du bist ausgebildeter Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Software + Hardware Kenntnisse im Second Level Support sowie Erfahrung im Microsoft-Umfeld
- Erfahrung mit Intune Azure + AD oder SCCM.
- Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und Windows-Betriebssystem
- Erfahrung mit SNOW und MS Intune von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2)
Your tasks
- Bereitstellung von erweitertem IT-Support und Bearbeitung eskalierter sowie komplexer IT-Probleme.
- Verwaltung von Anfragen und Tickets inklusive Dokumentation, Datenpflege und Einhaltung der SLAs.
- Durchführung von Fehleranalysen sowie Unterstützung bei Soft- und Hardware-Reparaturen.
