Seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Official Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for Management, staff, clients, and authorised personnel while maintaining confidentiality and vehicle standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults or maintenance needs.
- Monitor fuel, tyres, oil, brakes, lights, and other vehicle components.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance, and licensing.
- Maintain accurate trip, mileage, fuel, and servicing records.
- Plan routes and use navigation tools to optimise travel time.
- Observe traffic laws and practise defensive driving.
- Ensure vehicle security and follow appropriate security procedures.
