Purpose
- To lead the development and delivery of nursing education, competency assessment, clinical training, and professional development programmes that strengthen nursing practice and patient safety.
Job Description
- Develop and deliver structured clinical training and competency-based programmes for nursing staff.
- Conduct skills assessments, clinical competency evaluations, orientation, and continuing professional development activities.
- Identify nursing knowledge and competency gaps and develop targeted interventions.
- Develop and review clinical guidelines, training materials, and educational resources.
- Support accreditation, clinical audits, quality improvement, and evidence-based nursing practice across the hospital.
