About the Role Join L’Oréal's Travel Retail team in Copenhagen as a Nordic Merchandiser & Field Coordinator. You will help shape how beauty is experienced in the Nordic markets by coordinating on-the-ground merchandising and cross-functional field activities. This role partners with sales, marketing, and retail partners to ensure brand presence and execution excellence. What You'll Do
- Execute in-store merchandising standards and planograms across Nordic retailers.
- Coordinate field activities and schedules with local teams.
- Analyze performance data and report insights to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain. What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail merchandising, field coordination, or related roles.
- Strong communication and organization skills; able to work across multiple Nordic markets.
