Night Well Supervisor
The Night Well Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous execution of well completion, workover, well cleanup, well testing, and rig-supported well intervention operations during night shifts. The role ensures compliance with company policies, industry standards, and HSE requirements while delivering operational objectives safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Supervise all night-time well operations, ensuring execution in accordance with approved well programs and company procedures. Ensure all materials, equipment, and services required for operations are mobilized and available at the well site as planned. Monitor operational activities and well parameters before, during, and after operations.
