Acompanhar e desenvolver atividades na area core, envolvendo a elaboracao de projetos, controle de processos e participacao na elaboracao de estrategia de negocio, a fim de capacitar e aprimorar o conhecimento na organizacao.
Elaborar e implementar projetos que agreguem valor para a organizacao, considerando os pilares de: qualidade, produtividade, custos e melhorias de processos;
Realizar atividades na area core, que tenham interface com o projeto final apresentado ao final do programa;
Mapear atividades e processos que necessitam de melhorias e/ou sejam um desafio pra entrega de resultados da area, propondo melhorias;
