Job Summary
To support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure and user systems while ensuring secure and reliable connectivity
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide basic support for network connectivity issues (e.g., POS, internet, user devices).
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other user hardware.
- Monitor and escalate critical alerts and warnings on network infrastructure.
- Support antivirus and endpoint protection updates across user devices.
- Assist in maintaining internet and email connectivity.
- Collaborate in applying patches and updates to systems and devices.
- Perform routine maintenance and health checks on network devices and user systems.
