About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for network, internet, POS, and user connectivity issues.
- Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other user devices.
- Monitor network infrastructure alerts and escalate critical issues.
- Support antivirus, endpoint protection, patches, and system updates.
- Perform routine maintenance and health checks on network devices and user systems.
- Assist with email and internet connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate hardware and network equipment inventory records.
- Support compliance activities, including PCI DSS readiness and audit responses.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior administrators or relevant teams.
Requirements
- B.Eng. in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum Second-Class Lower.
