This role provides onsite technical support for a data center and its equipment to ensure continuous availability. The position involves coordinating, monitoring, administering, and servicing technical environments. Responsibilities include completing implementations, carrying out integration activities, and providing operational support through troubleshooting, escalations, and incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform network and server installation, maintenance, and hardware break/fix tasks, including rack and stack, cabling, and component replacement.
- Support data center staging, deployment, logistics, and asset management.
- Execute site builds and refreshes according to established quality standards.
