About the Role AB Volvo is seeking a Multilingual Advisor to support customers with international breakdowns. You will take full ownership of breakdowns, coordinate with dealers, and keep customers informed across a 24/7, multinational team. What You'll Do
- Utilise language skills to support customers with international breakdowns, taking ownership and providing peace of mind.
- Maintain regular dialogue with the dealer performing repairs and update the customer with progress.
- Think creatively and proactively to solve problems and ensure customers are well supported.
- Collaborate with colleagues across a diverse, international environment to deliver outstanding service.
- Be open to working in shifts to provide round-the-clock service to clients. What We're Looking For
