The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective operation of the classroom, implementation of Montessori principles and practices, supervision of junior staff, assessment of students’ progress, and maintaining positive relationships with parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Montessori classroom in line with Montessori philosophy and principles.
- Prepare and maintain an organised, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Plan and facilitate Montessori activities that support children’s academic, social, emotional, and practical-life development.
- Observe, assess, and document students’ progress and developmental milestones.
