- The role ensures data collected from the field directly informs project adaptations, demonstrates accountability to donor requirements, captures gender-transformative changes, and elevates youth and women's voices through participatory evaluation techniques.

MEL System Design & Indicator Tracking:
- Develop project-specific MEL frameworks, indicator tracking tables (ITTs), and logic models tailored to gender equality, social inclusion, and youth development goals.
