Job Description
- The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will lead data collection, performance tracking, and results reporting, ensuring that project outcomes align with the Results-Based Framework and AfDB standards.
- He or she will design, implement, and manage the project’s monitoring and evaluation system, providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making, track performance against objectives, and ensure accountability to AfDB/FAPA and WEWE. He/She will report to the Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Design and Implementation of M&E System: Develop M&E framework, indicators, data collection tools, and reporting templates.
- Data Collection and Validation: Collect, validate, and maintain reliable project data from field activities.
