Job Purpose:
- The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the monitoring and evaluation framework for all projects and programs at I&M Foundation.
- This role is critical in ensuring the expected impact (Quantitative and Qualitative) of programs is defined before implementing programs, measuring the impact, ensuring accountability, informing strategic decision-making, and supporting learning within the organization and to the partners.
