Raya Trade is seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Engineer to join our technical team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately diagnosing, repairing, and testing mobile devices, ensuring high-quality technical service, swift turnaround times, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various mobile devices. Repair and replace components including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and motherboards. Perform software updates, device flashing, and comprehensive quality control post-repair. Maintain accurate repair records, service reports, and track Service Level Agreement targets. Adhere strictly to ESD safety protocols and manufacturer repair guidelines.
