About the Role
- The MIS Specialist role supports data-led insights, operational intelligence, and performance tracking across the Physical Channels business unit (POS, Agency Banking, and Pay With Bank Transfer - PWBT, etc).
- This entry-level position focuses on contributing to Management Information Systems (MIS), transaction analytics, terminal performance tracking, and merchant activity monitoring.
- Working alongside senior team members, the position assists as part of the analytical engine of the unit—helping synthesize raw field data into actionable reports, tracking merchant churn and reactivation metrics, supporting terminal yield optimization, and learning to ensure seamless cross-functional data alignment between Commercial, Operations, Product, and Finance teams.
