Summary:
Applies subject-matter expertise and guidance to advance human resources (HRBL) activities and leadership decision making.
Target PR Range: 38-48/hr DOE
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide HRBP leadership by partnering with HR and Business Management to align business strategy and objectives with talent strategy in assigned client groups. Assess, anticipate and deliver HR-related needs or programs with minimum oversight.
- Provide HR leadership and oversight for various aspects of the organization’s HR programs. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations that require judgment and risk management in alignment with EW policies and practices, extending to circumstances where policies and practices are not clear. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
