Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and responsible Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our diagnostic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory investigations accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, professionalism and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, receive, process and appropriately store patient specimens.
- Perform laboratory investigations in areas including Haematology, Chemical Pathology, Medical Microbiology, Parasitology and Serology.
- Perform microscopy, culture and antimicrobial susceptibility testing where required.
