Overview
This position supports a 3 Coordinator Team serving 16 Faculty and 24 Residents. It reports to the Residency Manager and requires the ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, along with solid computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Applications, Google Sheets, and Excel. The role focuses on scheduling residents daily rotations, assisting in the review and approval process for resident time off, performing quality checks in multiple systems, coordinating call schedules for residents and faculty, and performing other individual and team responsibilities.
